基于感知结构模型实现人力资源系统仿真研究

摘要 针对人力资源感知模型系统中的人力资源系统延时对系统的影响,分析了人力资源系统延时的特点,建立了人力资源感知结构模型,提出了一种基于感知结构模型实现人力资源系统虚拟仿真算法,并且通过分析系统的感知结构模型方程的矩阵特征值的特性,运用到实际运行过程中,PM速度较快,较少出现重复的现象,因此,大大减轻了人力资源部门人工PM繁琐的的工作量,而且有利于测试质量的提高。 In view of the influence of time delay of human resource system in human resource perception model system on the system,the characteristics of the human resources system time delay was analyzed,the human resources perception model was established,and a virtual simulation algorithm for the human resource system based on perception structure model was proposed. By analysis and practical use of the matrix characteristics of the perception structure model equation analysis system,in its operation process,PM is faster,and has less repeated phenomenon. Therefore,the artificial PM tedious work quantity of the human resources department was greatly reduced. It is conducive to improvement of the testing quality.
