摘要
通过建立合理的减速器齿轮有限元模型并计算接触应力,分析了齿轮接触应力的分布和最大应力,并将有限元计算结果与试验结果相比较,评价有限元计算结果的准确度,说明了有限元分析在齿轮接触问题上的有效性,为其他类型接触问题的分析提供了参考。
Through the establishment of a reasonable finite element model of gear reducer and the calculation of contact stress, analyzes the distribution of the gear contact stress and the maximum stress, and finite element calculation re- suits are compared with test results, the evaluation of the results of finite element calculation accuracy, explains the validity of the finite element analysis on gear contact issues, provide a reference for the analysis of other types of contact problems.
