摘要
通过适当简化并建立破碎物料与齿辊之间的数学模型并对其进行分析,探索通过建立的数学模型了解MMD破碎机浮料问题发生的机理。建立了物料粒度与齿辊及齿辊中心距的数学方程,并对方程进行分析获得了以下结论:对过大的矿石需要经过预破碎,满足破碎机物料粒度要求;可以增加两个齿辊之间的距离来减少浮料的发生;两个齿辊的距离对于破碎粒度以及浮料的发生有着直接影响。
The mathematical model between material and the roll of alumina minerals when it broken were been simple and built. And then the model was used to analyze the problems of floating material when the fine minerals were crushing. The mathematical equations of material size with the tooth roller and the spur roller center distance were built, and get those conclusions of avoiding the floating material after analyzing the equations as follows: needing for excessive pre-crushed ore to meet crusher material size requirements; increasing the distance between the two toothed rolls to reduce the occurrence of floating material; the distance of both teeth rolls will directly affect the broken particle size and the occurrence of floatin~ material.
