摘要
镗磨头主要用于飞机零件的研磨,研磨飞机零件内孔,保证零件内孔光度及尺寸要求。以往的镗磨头为分体结构,但是使用单位反映强度不够,使用寿命短。改进镗磨头的结构设计,变分体为整体,较分体结构提高强度,减少操作者加工难度。
Honing tool is mainly used luminosity and size parts. The boring for grinding and aircraft head are split, but the s parts in the hole. To ensure the requirement of the hole trength is not enough, life is short. Improved boring head, variational body as a whole, increase strength, reduce theprocessing difficulty.
