浅谈激光检测系统在发动机装配过程的应用

摘要 激光检测技术应用广泛,如激光干涉测长、测距、测速、扫描等等。激光测量是一种非接触式测量,不影响被测物体的运动,精度高、测量范围大、检测时间短,对被测物无损伤。用非接触式的激光检测方法在发动机装配缸盖分装线的气门锁木压,装后的检测所得结果可供后续之位判断及调查。 the application of laser detection technology, such as laser interferometric length, ranging, speed, scan etc.. Laser measurement is a kind of non-contact measurement, does not affect the measured object movement, high precision, large measuring range, short detection time, no damage to the object to be measured. The valve packing lines in the engine cylinder head assembly with laser non-contact detection for lock wood pressure detection results installed after a judge for follow-up and investigation.
