摘要
刀具半径补偿功能要求数控系统能够根据工件轮廓和刀具半径,自动计算出刀具中心轨迹,在编程时就可以直接按照零件轮廓编制加工程序。加工时,数控系统能根据刀补值自动地计算相对于零件轮廓偏移刀具半径的刀心轨迹,提高了工作效率。
Tool radius compensation fimction of CNC system can according to the contour of workpiece and cutting tool radius, automatically calculate the tool center path.
