摘要
汽车外饰零件采用传统浇注成型方法,熔接痕较多,造成外观质量、力学性能低等问题。对熔接痕形成及顺序阀控制机理进行模型分析,并以前蒙皮为例,运用UG和Modlflow模拟分析软件进行分析,通过多种方案分析对比,获得合理的浇注系统及其工艺参数。试模结果表明,前蒙皮表面无影响外观的明显熔接痕,产品各方面性能均达到质量目标。顺序阀技术对解决汽车外饰零件注射成型问题有重大意义。
Many weld lines were caused problem frequently and the mechanical s in traditional injection molding of exterior trim parts. It led the chromatism trength was low. The form mechanization for weld lines and control action of Sequence Valve Technology were analysed, and then took the car front bumper as an example, the running systems of a front bumper though the hot runner sequence valve was designed by UG and Modlflow. Compared with several schedules, the reasonable hot runner gating system and parameters were obtained. The validated results showed that the surface of product had fewer weld lines than traditional injection. The sequence valve technology control method was of great practical significance to exterior trim parts manufacturing.
