摘要
随着汽车行业竞争日趋激烈,整车开发周期逐步缩短,对冲压件的品质要求越来越高。如何在较短的模具开发周期内保证产品品质的要求,也成为目前重点关注的问题之一。在整个模具开发周期中,通常为保证整车产品能够按时量产,到模具开发后期即模具在线调试周期就被压缩不少。通过介绍模具调试阶段的现场实践经验以及总结的调试流程和工作内容,实现短时间内达到调试目的;探讨如何在较短的调试周期内发现及解决问题并能够有条不紊的完成产品品质的提升,达到缩短模具整体开发周期的目的。
With increasingly fierce competition in car industry, the development cycle ot motor vehicle grauually shorten, but for stamping parts quality requirements gradually improve, how in a relatively short die development cy- cle to ensure that the requirements of product quality, also become one of the focus on problems. In the die develop- ment cycle, usually in order to guarantee the vehicle products to mass production on time, to the die on-line tryout cycle is compressed, this paper focuses on the die tryout stage of the process and working contents, discusses how to in a relatively short debug cycle in an orderly way of improving the quality of the finished product.
