摘要
为了实现法兰盘加工中一次装夹可同时钻4个孔的工艺需求,采用内啮合式齿轮传动,设计了专用的多轴钻头架,并做了结构的分析、切削主轴的强度验算、内啮合齿轮的设计校核以及配套动力的选择,使钻床主轴可带动4根钻杆轴同向旋转,省去了法兰盘钻模的装夹,减轻了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
