摘要
以典型的CAD/CAM软件UG及双凹槽圆柱凸轮实例为背景,设计出一套基于UG的完整、系统的圆柱面凹槽多轴数控加工方案,包括凸轮的三维建模、数控加工工艺流程规划、数控加工编程等。并在XK2310/2-5X五轴联动数控机床上进行加工验证,证明该数控加工方案及程序的可行性。该加工件已经成功应用于X6136A卧式万能升降台铣床的换档装置中。
This paper is to take the typical model CAD/CAM software UG and Double concave' cylindrical cam solid's examples as study background, designing a complete and systematic cylinder groove multi-axis machining projet which bases on the UG. This project includes the 3D model of cam, the working procedure of the numerical control and the programming of the numerical control etc..h is processed and verified on the five-axis CNC machines, proving the fea- sibility of the project of the numerical control machining. It is already applied to the shifting equipment of the universal milling machines model X6132 successfully.
