摘要
主要对单元的刀具刃口钝化技术进行综合研究。对刀具刃口钝化技术的核心内容进行定义。简单分析刀具刃口钝化对于刀具切削加工的影响。通过切削试验,总结出一些常用的钝化参数及各种刀具刃口钝化尺寸计算公式。钝化尺寸的计算公式在工艺中具体实施。针对我单元的现有设备对刀具刃口钝化的工艺加工方法及钝化设备的设计进行了简单研究。
In this paper, the cutter blade passivation technology for synthesis of unit study.For the core content of cutting tool edge passivation technology are defined. Simple analysis of the cutting tool edge passivation effect on the cutting tool machining. Through cutting experiment, summarizes some common passivation parameters and all kinds of cutting tool edge passivation formula of size. Passivation size calculation formulas in the concrete implementation process.For my unit of the existing equipment of tool edge passivation technology processing method and passivation equipment design has carried on the simple research.
