摘要
分析了卡罗拉汽车连接件的工艺性,介绍了零件的排样设计方案、模具结构、工作过程、模具关键零件的设计与制造工艺及成形特点。实践证明,模具结构合理、可靠,能保证产品质量,对此类零件的连续模设计有参考价值。
The technological property of the connecting part of automobile is analyzed. The layout design of the part,structure and working process of the die,design and manufacture process of the key components of the die,forming characteristics are introduced. Practices show that the die structure is reasonable and reliable,and can ensure the product quality. The design has reference value to the design of the progressive dies for similar parts.
