摘要
以国家级实验教学示范中心的平台为基础,借鉴工程训练教学体系的理念及成果,中心构建了从"基础训练-技能强化-综合创新训练"多层次训练模式,激光雕刻与快速成型、逆向工程等先进制造技术训练项目根据需要融入各个层次,与此同时,不同程度地引入产品设计、工程管理等内容,使学生完整体验产品设计、加工制造到产品销售等整个产品周期的相关技术。依托中心的开放训练和管理平台,在多层次训练模式的基础上引入了开放型训练模式,并使两者成为一个有机的整体。多层次开放型训练模式经过近几年的研究与实践,运行良好,显著提高了中心先进制造技术训练的质量。
Taking national experimental teaching demonstration center as basis,refer to the concept and achievements of engineering training teaching system,the center has constructed "basic training- skills enhancement- comprehensive innovation training" multi- level training mode. If needed,laser engraving,rapid prototyping,reverse engineering and other advanced manufacturing technology training projects integrate different levels,at the same time,leading product design,project management,etc. The training projects enable students fully experience the related technologies of the product design,manufacturing,product sales and others in the product cycle. Relying on the center's open training and management platform,the center has led open training mode into multi- level training mode and made them into an organic whole. After several years research and practice,the training mode runs well and significantly improves the center quality of advanced manufacturing technology of training.
