转型背景下产业集群升级的传导机制及其实现路径——基于本地知识溢出的视角

TRANSITION MECHANISM AND UPGRADING ROUTE OF INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER ON THE BACKGROUND OF TRANSITION——In the View of Local Knowledge Spillover

本文基于本地知识溢出的视角,阐述了集群内本地知识溢出的传导机制,从集群内部企业这一微观层面出发,利用对浙江省不同地区代表性产业集群企业的大样本问卷调查数据,实证研究了本地知识溢出对集群企业成长和创新发展的影响与效应。结果表明:企业间直接合作、员工流动和企业知识吸收能力对企业成长和创新发展均有显著正向效应;企业衍生对上述两方面有显著负向效应;企业间非正式交流的影响不显著;政府公共平台的利用效率对企业成长有显著正向效应,而对企业创新发展的影响则不显著。在此基础上,本文提出了产业集群升级可能性路径的政策建议。

In the view of local knowledge spillover, this paper illustrated the transition mechanism of local knowledge spillover among the cluster, established spatial autoregression models using the large sam- ple questionnaire survey data of Zhejiang to make empirical research on the influence and effect of local knowledge spillover on the cluster enterprises growth and innovation development from the micro level of cluster inside enterprises. The results showed as follows. Direct cooperation, employees exchange between enterprises and ability of absorbing had significant positive effect on the enterprises growth and innovation development. Enterprises derivation had significant negative effect on the enterprises growth and innovation development. Informal exchange between enterprises had insignificant effect on the enterprises growth and innovation development. Utilizing efficiency of government public platform had significant effect on the en terprises growth, but insignificant effect on the innovation development. Basing on the empirical results, this paper provided policy advises about industrial cluster upgrading route on the background of transition.
