摘要
企业并购已成为企业应对激烈市场竞争比较有效的手段段,并购企业的核心工作并非资产的简单合并,其核心工作是人的能动性、创造性的迅速发挥,而实现人的积极作用的最有效手段就是文化管理。文化管理是管理科学的新发展发展,是管理适应社会现实经济发展的必然选择,体现了社会和经济发展的总体趋势,管理措施应体现企业发展的基本精髓和企业文化发展的基本要求。针对并购企业的特点、人员特征、并购时期特点点,设计一套切实可行的文化管理功能发挥途径,是摆在管理者面前最现实的问题,是决定企业并购成败的关键要素素。
Mergers and acquisitions have become the effective means in incentive market competition for enterprises. The core to M&A is not simply merger but to give full play to the staff's initiative and creativity. And the most effective means of achieving a positive role of staff is the cultural management, which is new and inevitable for enterprise management to adapt to the economic development in real society. Cultural development reflects the general trend of social and economic development. Management measures should reflect the basic essence of enterprise development and requirements of enterprise cultural development. Considering the characteristics of M&A, staff and M&A period, managers need to design a set of practical culture management approaches, which are the key factors to determine whether the enterprise M&A is successful or not.
