摘要
世界各国十分重视温室效应、气候变暖问题。森林碳汇作为最有效、最经济的应对气候变化的减排方式,为全球各国走低碳发展之路提供了选择,备受国际社会广泛关注。贵州地处长江和珠江两大水系上游交汇地带,是长江、珠江上游地区重要的生态屏障,具备大面积造林绿化的地理和气候条件。通过运用"森林蓄积量换算因子法"对贵州森林碳汇贸易潜力进行评估,结果发现:贵州在发展森林碳汇贸易方面有着巨大潜力,尤其是自2004年确立"生态立省"战略目标以来,贵州森林全部碳汇量由2.43×108 t C上升到2011年的4.51×108 t C,森林碳汇贸易潜在的经济价值由34.06×108 USD增加到2011年的63.09×108 USD(按14 USD/t C计算),森林碳汇量和经济效益日益凸显。
Countries in the world pay more attention to the greenhouse effects and global warming. Forest carbon sinks,as the most effective and economical way of reducing emissions, provides the choice for the countries around the worldto go for the low-carbon development path, which has attracted the attention of the international community. Guizhou islocated in the ecotone between the Yangtze River and Pearl River's upper reaches, as the important ecological barrier inthe upper reaches of these two rivers. It has the afforestation area of geographical and climate conditions. Utilizing thecomputation method of factor for forestry stock-volume the paper assesses the potential of trade in forestry carbon sinksof Guizhou. The results show that: trade in forestry carbon sinks of Guizhou has great potential. Especially, when thestrategy of "ecological protection" was implemented in 2004, the forest carbon amount increased from 243 million tonto 451 million ton in 2011, and the economic value of forest carbon sequestration potential trade increased from S3406million to S6309 million in the same year (by US S14/ton carbon calculation). Forest carbon sequestration and economicbenefit are prominent day by day.
