近年来,理论界不断取得关于"三农"问题理论研究的进展,越来越多的国内学者将目光专注于土地流转制度理论的研究。作者查阅国内外文献学习了国外发达国家的土地流转历程,找出了影响流转制度实施的重要内容,并就此进行了国内外对比,为制度变革和实施提供经验借鉴。

In recent years, the theoretical circle make progress on the theoretical study of the ＂three rural issues＂, moreand more domestic scholars focus on the research of the theory of land circulation system. The author consult literature athome and abroad, study the land circulation process of developed countries, find out the important content on influenceof the circulation system ,compare both at home and abroad, provides experience for the reform of the system andimplementing the precedent.
