摘要
文化传媒行业发展急需大量高素质数字出版人才,数字出版人才培养已是新闻学、广告学、传播学、编辑出版学等专业建设与课程改革的当务之急。策划能力对培养高素质数字出版人才至关重要。本文从行业产业发展对数字人才的需求,高校人才培养的类型、定位与特色,课程设置与分配等不同层面,探索并提出应用型、复合型数字出版人才策划能力"全程式"培养模式。
High quality digital publishing talents are urgently needed in the development of cultural media industry, and training such talents has became a top priority for major construction and curriculum reform of journalism, advertising, communication, editing and publishing, etc. Planning ability is of vital importance to the training of talents in digital publishing. This paper analyzes the need for digital publishing talents in the future, and puts forward the "whole course" training mode of planning ability for talents in digital publishing, from the aspects of personnel training and curriculum setting.
