摘要
"建设创新型国家"是我国的一项重要国策,科研诚信是我国实施该项国策的基础。本文通过对科研课题的主要成果之一——科技期刊基金论文进行调查分析,研究高校科技期刊科研论文的诚信状况,发现大部分科研基金论文有着良好的学术诚信,检测重复率比较高的文章多是对自己相关成果的重复。期望本项研究对科研政策的制定与实施有所帮助。
Building an innovative country is one of the important state policies in China. The research credibility and integrity is the base of building the innovative country. This paper investigated the honesty of research papers in universities which are the main achievements of researches and found that most research papers had good academic credibility and integrity. The papers with high repetition rate are associated with the results of their own studies. This investigation is to provide some help for setting up the new scientific research policies in the future.
