摘要
根据数字出版联盟成员之间交互式的资源流动关系,对成员在出版资源流动中的角色予以定义;采用社会网络分析(SNA)方法构建联盟内部资源流动的网络模型;论述成员单位对联盟内部资源的利用模式,即自行沟通的利用模式和通过联盟平台的利用模式。为降低成本和风险,提出基于数字出版平台沟通和基于网络购物平台进行交易的联盟运营机制,以提升各个出版单位在优质出版资源建设与贡献中的积极性,保障各出版单位的权利和利益。
According to the interactive resources' flowing among the digital publishing alliances' members (publishers), defining the roles of the members; and based on Social Network Analysis (SNA), establishing a network model for the alliances' s internal resources flow; then two alliances members' resource using models are discussed, namely the mutual communication model and the platform using model. To decrease the transaction costs and risks, the alliances operation mechanism is proposed and presented, with which the members' communication is based on digital publishing platform and their resources exchange is based on network shopping platform, in order to increase the publishers' participation enthusiasm in high-quality publishing resources' construction and contributing, and to guarantee their rights and benefits as well.
