摘要
以美国总统奥巴马推出医疗改革新政为标志,2011年美国医学教育启动了以提高质量和效率为目标的新一轮技术变革。在以大规模开放在线课程(MOOCs)和数字徽章技术为特征的技术变革中,美国医学教育针对前期基础教学和毕业后教育这两个具有典型意义的阶段进行创新,力图将教师从冗长无味的讲授和以成绩为衡量的教学中解脱出来,以提高医学教育的效率和质量。
In 2011, American medical education launched a new round of technological reform aiming at the quality and efficiency improvement with a symbol that the U.S. President Barack Obama proposed the new deal of health care reform. During the technological reform characterized by massive open online courses (MOOCs) and digital badge technology, American medical education innovate at two typical stages, namely basic teaching and post-graduate education, in order to free teachers from lengthy tasteless lecture and scoreoriented performance, and furthermore improve the efficiency and quality of medical education.
