Thinking of Xining Community Management Innovation

在西宁市社区管理创新不断推进的过程中,出现了网格化管理活力不足,社区管理体制未理顺,工作机制不健全等问题。为进一步加强和完善社区管理,应理顺政府与社区的关系,建立社区自治机制,并在网格化管理的基础上,建立多方参与的社区投入机制,扩大社区参与程度,不断优化社区自治环境,以推动社区管理创新。

In the process of advancing the innovation of community management in Xining, there has been insufficient vigor in grid management, community management system does not straighten out, work- ing mechanism is not perfect and other issues. In order to further strengthen and improve the community management, Xining should straighten out the relationship between government and community; establish self-control mechanism of community, set up multi-participation input mechanism in community based on the grid management to expand community participation and constantly optimize the community environment, to promote community management innovation.
