从反叛到顺应——试析颜延之诗歌分类

From Submission to Rebellion:Analysis on the Cate Gorization of Yan Yanzhi's Poetry

刘宋诗坛重要诗人颜延之一生著述甚丰,但大多数作品都已散佚,所存作品极少。本文对颜诗传统分类方法提出质疑,认为对颜延之诗歌进行分类不能仅就其内容或题材作为划分依据,思想性格、心理特征才是影响其仕途命运和诗歌创作的关键因素,心理特征外化在其诗歌创作的过程之中,使其诗歌成为内心世界的真实写照。文章结合诗人所处时代潮流,进一步分析其思想性格和创作动机,据此将颜延之诗歌分为两大类:抒情自况之作和应制颂美之作。

Yan Yanzhi,an important poet in Liu--Song Dynasty, has been very productive throughout his life. However,most of his works had been scattered and lost. Very few of them still exist today. This thesis casts skeptic views on the traditional categorization methods of Yanks poems. It believes that the categorization of Yan＇s poems should not just take their contents or topics as the basis. Instead, the poet＇s thoughts and personality, and his psychological characteristics are the vital factors that influence his political career, his destiny, and poetic creation. His psychological characteristics have been represented and embodied during the process of his poetic creation, so that his poems are the genuine reflection of his spiritual world. By taking the zeitgeist of the poet＇s time,the thesis conducts further analysis on the thoughts and personality of the poet,as well as his motives of creation. Based on such analysis,Yan Yanzhi＇s poems are categorized into two kinds.lyrical poems to which the poet compares himself and the ones singing praises on imperial orders.
