科学文化普及的若干认识问题

The Cognition Issues on the Popularization of Scientific Culture

作为一种与人文文化并立的文化,科学文化以崇尚真理的价值观为核心、具有充分的普适性、鲜明的时代性和巨大的影响力等特点。为深入理解科学文化,需要弄清科学文化与儒学等中国传统文化的关系:儒学历来就有"以德摄知"的传统,它包含关于求知的方法、态度和求知的精神等可以作为科学文化的养分或构成部分的大量内容;对于传统文化的现代化,科学文化不仅是丰富的思想资源,而且具有某种导向和支撑作用。目前,在科学文化普及中,深层科学素质的普及较为薄弱。应通过深化深层科学素质的研究、促进公民对深层科学素质的认知和认同,以及引导公民对深层科学素质的践行等途径,强化深层科学素质的普及。

Science is a culture, which exists with humanistic culture side by side. It has outstanding features as follows： upholding truth values as the core, being of good universality and thorough revolutionary and playing strong leading role. For further understanding of science culture, we need lo find out the relationship between scientific culture and the Confucianism and other Chinese traditional culture： Confucianism have a tradition that virtue dominant knowledge. It contains rich reformation about the method, attitude and the spirit of knowledge. All of those can be used as a scientific culture nutrient or as a part of content constitute scientific culture directly. For the modernization of traditional culture, scientific culture is not only the rich thought resources but also a certain guiding role in some sense. Currently, the popularity of deep scientific quality is weak, so it is necessary to emphasis on the following aspects： deepen the research of deep scientific quality, promote the institutionalization of scientific quality, and guide the citizen on the deep practice of scientific quality, etc.
