The Feasibility of Using H-type Sliding Piston Rubber Film to Seal Gasholder

通过对传统橡胶膜密封煤气柜分析研究,提出了独具颠覆性思维的滑动式H型活塞橡胶膜密封煤气柜构思,这种滑动式H型活塞橡胶膜密封煤气柜既具有传统一段式橡胶膜密封煤气柜全部的优点,又克服了其受力不合理、耗钢量大、无自平衡纠偏的缺点。对滑动式H型活塞橡胶膜密封煤气柜的可行性进行了探讨。

Through analysis and study of traditional rubber film sealing gasholder, a revolutionary concept of using H-type sliding piston rubber film to seal gasholder was put for-ward, which has all the advantages of the traditional one-stage rubber film sealing gasholder while overcome the shortcomings of irrational pressure loading, much steel material consump-tion and no self-balance correction. The feasibility of using H-type sliding piston rubber film to seal gasholder was discussed.
