活塞式汽化液体泵故障分析及处理

摘要 活塞汽化泵因泵出口管压力变化引起脉冲,预冷、启动频繁,是导致设备振动剧烈、金属软管泄漏的主要原因。从基础支撑、出口管道布置、阻尼器、泵体安装、操作运行等方面分析了原因,并处理了故障。 Pressure variation at the outlet of piston evaporating pump caused impulsing, precooling and frequent restart, which were the major reasons for violent equipment vibration and metal hose leakage. The causes of the problem were analyzed from the aspects of foundation support, layout of outlet pipes, the damper, installation of pump body and operation, etc. As a result the problem was successfully solved.
