Simultaneous determination of 16 organic in pesticide workplace air by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立利用色谱-质谱同时测定农药生产场所空气中苯、正庚烷、甲苯、正辛烷、乙酸丁酯、氯苯、乙苯、间二甲苯、苯乙烯、正壬烷、丙烯酸丁酯、对氯甲苯、丙烯酸异戊酯、对二氯苯、邻二氯苯、硝基苯的方法。方法用活性炭管采集农药生产场所中的空气,二硫化碳解析后进样,经Rtx-5MS柱分离,利用气相色谱-质谱检测,其浓度在全扫描模式(Scan)或选择离子扫描模式(Sim)下用标准曲线法进行定量。结果 16种有机物分离良好,相关系数均>0.9995,各组分的检出限在0.03μg/ml^1.28μg/ml之间,方法加标回收率为93.9%~106.5%,精密度为1.09%~6.72%,样品可在室温下至少稳定保存7 d,其损失率<10%。结论该方法准确度高、灵敏度高、具有较低的检出限,适用于同时测定农药生产场所的多种有机化合物。 Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of benzene, n - heptane, toluene, n - octane, butyl acetate, chlorobenzene, ethylbenzene, xylene, styrene, n - nonane, butyl acrylate, chlorotoluene, isoamyl acrylate, p - dichlorobenzene, o- dichlorobenzene, nitrobenzene in pesticide workplace air by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry. Methods To collect pesticide production workplace air with active carbon tube, extract samples after resolving it with carbon disulfide, and then seperate it by Rtx- 5MS column. By using gas chromatography -mass spectrometry detect it, its concentra- tion was used for quantitative analysis by using the standard curve method under the full scan mode (Scan) or selected ion scan mode (Sim). Results The 16 kinds of organic compounds were separated well. The correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9995. The detection limits of each component were between 0.03 μg/ml and 1.28 μg,/ml. The method recoveries were 93.9% -106.5%. The precisions of each component were 1.09% - 6.72%. The samples could be stably kept at room tem- perature for at least 7 days and the loss of the sample is less than 10%. Conclusion The method is accurate, high sensitivity, with a lower limit of detection for the simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of organic compounds in pesticide workplace air.
