摘要
目的了解印刷车间空气中挥发性有机物的分布情况,为印刷企业的印刷车间制定有效的控制对策提供科学依据。方法对10家印刷企业共12个印刷车间进行现场卫生学调查,采集印刷车间空气样品进行检测分析。结果对21种常见挥发性有机物进行采样检测,检出17种物质。其中苯、甲苯和异丙醇的浓度超过时间加权平均容许浓度(PC-TWA)。凹版印刷车间空气中检出的有机物超标率为100%。结论印刷车间有机物职业病危害因素复杂多样,凹版印刷应该引起关注,并建议从源头、工程设施、职业卫生管理、个人防护、健康监护等方面对印刷企业挥发性有机物的危害进行预防和控制。
Objective To investigate the distribution of volatile organic compounds in the air of workshops in printing enterpri- ses and provide scientific basis for making control countermeasures. Methods A hygienic investigation was conducted in 12 printing workshops located in 10 printing enterprises and the air samples of printing workshops were collected and analyzed. Re- suits 21 volatile organic compounds in the air samples were analyzed, and 17 chemicals were detected. The concentration of benzene, toluene and isopropanol were greater than permissible concentration - time weighted average ( PC - TWA). Approxi- mately 100% of the air samples exceeded the normal standard for volatile organic compounds in intaglio printing workshops. Conchmion Occupational hazard factors of volatile organic compounds are complex and varied. Especially, we should pay at- tention to the intaglio printing. We must prevent and control occupational hazard of volatile organic compounds in printing enter- prises from several aspects, such as source, engineering facilities, occupational health management, personal protection, health care.
