摘要
目的评估2013年河南省各级碘缺乏病(IDD)实验室外质控考核结果及网络运行情况,为IDD的监测和防治提供可靠的质量保障。方法尿碘测定采用砷铈催化分光光度测定方法(WS/T 107-2006);盐碘测定采用直接滴定法(GB/T 13025.7-1999 2.1),对2013年河南省各级IDD实验室外质控考核结果进行统计学分析。结果河南省省级及18个地(市)级疾病预防控制中心IDD实验室尿碘和盐碘考核结果全部合格;148个县级实验室盐碘考核结果全部合格。结论 2013年河南省各级IDD实验室检测技术继续保持在较高水平,外质控测定准确性与实验室条件和人员技术力量密切相关,建议各级实验室要常规进行内部质量控制和使用标准物质。
Objective To evaluate the results of external quality assessment (EQA) of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) and the network operation in Henan province in 2013 in order to further improve the quality of EQA and provide reliable laboratory quality assurance for epidemiological surveillance and control of IDD. Methods As3+ - Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometry (WS/T 107 -2006) was used to measure the iodine in urine, and direct titrimetric method( GB/T 13025.7 -1999 2.1 ) was used to measure the iodized salt. The examination results of EQA of different levels of IDD labs in Henan province were statisti- cally analyzed. Results The survey results showed that the provincial level and the 18 prefectural level laboratories were all qualified in urine iodine and salt iodine EQA. At the county level, 148 laboratories were qualified in salt iodine detection. Con- elusion IDD laboratories in Henan province in 2013 still kept in high level of detection quality. The accuracy of test results of external quality controls and the normal operation of the network was closely related to the IDD laboratory conditions and detec- tion techniques. Internal quality control should be emphasized and reference materials should be routinely used in laboratories of different levels.
