妇产科专业学位研究生教育是培养高层次妇产科医师的重要途径,我们结合妇产科学的临床特点,分析了妇产科专业型研究生存在的不足,提出了相应的对策和初步的解决方法,如加强人文教育,开展多种教学方式,鼓励学生自主学习,重视研究生科学思维和创新能力的培养,优化考核制度,加强导师队伍建设等,希望有助于提高专业学位研究生的综合素质。

Professional graduate education of obstetrics and gynecology is an important way to cultivate high-level obstetrician and gynecologists. By considering the clinical characteristics of obstetrics and gynecology and analyzing the shortcomings of professional graduate students in this field, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures, and propose some preliminary solutions, such as, strengthening humanistic education, carrying out a variety of teaching methods, encouraging independent learning, focusing on the training of scientific thinking and innovation ability, optimizing the performance appraisal system, and strengthening the construction of instructors. We hope these will help improve the overall quality of professional graduate students.
