血浆促酰化蛋白与巨大儿早期生长的关系 被引量:1

The relationship between plasma acylation stimulating protein and early growth of macrosomia

摘要 目的探讨血促酰化蛋白(ASP)水平与巨大儿早期生长的关系。方法研究对象为出生后随访到6月龄的巨大儿(macrosomia,M)和正常出生体质量儿(normal birth weight,NBW)各30例。分别在婴儿出生和6月龄时应用ELISA方法检测血浆ASP水平,并分析血ASP水平与婴儿生长的关系。结果 1M组出生和6月龄时血ASP水平高于NBW组(P<0.001),不同性别儿血ASP水平差异无显著性(P>0.05),6月龄时M组和NBW组的超重发生率分别为26.7%和6.7%,发生超重婴儿的血ASP水平高于非超重儿(P<0.001);2M组出生和6月龄时的血脂各指标与NBW组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05);36月龄时血ASP水平与体质量、体质量/身长的Z评分(WLZ)、身长及出生时体质量、WLZ、脐血ASP水平呈显著正相关(P<0.001);与性别、血脂各成分、出生时身长无相关(P>0.05)。结论血促酰化蛋白参与婴儿生长发育调节,与婴儿发生超重相关。 Objective: To explore the relationship between acylation stimulating protein (ASP) level and early growth of macrosomia. Methods: Thirty follow-up 6-month-old infants with macrosomia (M) and 30 infants with normal birth weight (NBW) were included in this study. Plasma ASP levels at birth and 6 months were detected by ELISA, respectively, and the relationship was analyzed between ASP level and infant growth. Results: ①Group M had higher ASP levels at birth and 6 months compared to the NBW group, and no significant difference was found in ASP level between gender-specific infants (P〉0.05) ; at 6 months, group M and NBW group were 26.7% and 6.7% overweight, respectively, with higher ASP level in overweight infants than in non-overweight ones (P〈0.001) . ②At birth and 6 months, no significant difference was found in each serum lipid parameter between group M and NBW group (P〉0.05) . ③Plasma ASP level at 6 months was significantly positively correlated with infant weight, weight-for-length z-score (WLZ) , length and birthweight, birth WLZ, levels of ASP in cord blood (P〈0.001) , but without correlation with sex, serum lipid parameters and birth length (P〉0.05) . Conclusion: ASP involve in the regulation of infant growth and development, and is correlated with overweight in infants.
