摘要
Wnts是糖蛋白的信号分子他们是在胚胎发育中发挥作用的一个庞大的家族。据报道Wnt信号首先被卵巢生物学家注意时,在小鼠体内的部分雌性存在Wnt4基因失活、男性反转和卵母细胞的耗竭。最近,使用降低和增强功能的转基因小鼠模型的研究证明Wnt4、FZD4和CTNNB1组成Wnt信号通路,对于正常的卵泡、黄体发育和类固醇激素调节起作用,表明Wnt信号通路失调可引起卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的发展。本文综述了目前知识的Wnt信号在卵巢内的作用,突出两大方面:这一新兴的研究领域及许多尚未解决的问题。
Wnts are signaling molecule glycoprotein, they play a role in embryonic development in a large family. It is reported that Writ signal is first ovarian biologists attention, in the presence of female mice partially Wnt4 gene inactivation, reversed males and oocyte depletion. Recently, the use of lower and enhanced transgenie mouse model features proven Wnt4, FZD4 and CTNNB 1 composition Wnt signaling pathway, for normal follicular, luteal development and steroid hormone regulation works, indicating the Wnt signaling pathway disorders can cause ovarian granulosa cell tumor development. This paper reviews the current role of Wnt signaling in the ovary of knowledge, highlighting two aspects: the emerging field of research and a lot of unresolved issues.
