摘要
为使堵塞器密封件的性能满足采油树的要求,需要进行密封件力学特性及相关参数的计算。根据堵塞器冠状密封件金属锥形密封的工作原理,运用高压容器双锥密封的力学分析方法,对冠状密封件密封锥面进行预紧及操作工况下的力学分析,推导出了锥形密封件的预紧接触应力和操作接触应力公式,并用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟了冠状密封件在不同工况下的力学状态。结果表明,有限元分析结果与理论推导值吻合较好,证实了理论计算公式的合理性,并很好地验证了理论设计计算公式。
In order that the performance of the seal can make xmas Tree run normally,the calcula-tions of the mechanical performance and the relevant parameters are needed.According to the op-erating principle of cone sealing,the method of mechanical analysis of double-cone seal was ap-plied to analyze the force on conical surface in preloaded condition and operating condition,and the formulas of the preloaded and operation contact stress of cone seal were deduced.Then ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate mechanical state of the coronary seal under different working conditions.The results show that the consistency between the finite element analysis results and the values of the theoretical derivation is good.This confirms the rationality of the theo-retical calculation formulas,and then verifies theoretical design formulas.
