摘要
在水平井钻进过程中岩屑床的危害是巨大的,使用增大排量、倒划眼等常规的方法很难清除岩屑床。应用Fluent软件分别对岩屑床清除器和光钻杆的工作进行了模拟,可以详细地了解岩屑床清除器对环空流场的影响和岩屑颗粒的运动轨迹情况,显示此清除器在清除岩屑床和岩屑运移方面的能力。此种岩屑床清除器不仅增加了环空流场的紊流度,提高了局部空间的钻井液流速,具有水力清除岩屑床的作用,而且增大了岩屑颗粒被携带起来的机会。
In the process of horizontal well drilling,the harm of cuttings bed is serious,and it is not easy to remove cuttings bed by using conventional methods such as increasing delivery capacity and back ream.The working condition of cuttings bed cleaners and light pipe respectively by using fluent is simulated in this paper.More about the influence of annular flow field and the trajecto-ries of debris particles caused by cuttings bed cleaners can be understood,showing its ability in removing cuttings beds and the cuttings migration.Not only does this kind of cutting bed cleaner in-crease the turbulence intensity of the annulus flow field,improve the velocity of local fluid,with the function of the hydraulic removing cuttings bed but also increase the chances of carrying up the debris particles.
