摘要
采油闸阀作为井口装置的主要承压部件,其性能直接关系到井口装置的安全。由于阀体的结构复杂且几何形状不连续,采用常规的力学分析方法进行强度校核时误差大。应用Pro/E三维软件对闸阀阀体建模,进行载荷分析和应力、应变计算,分析了XFF52-25型闸阀阀体的受力情况。为同类产品的设计和改进提供依据。
Oil gate valve as the main pressure parts of wellhead equipment,its performance is di-rectly related to the safety of the wellhead device.Because of the complex structure and geometry discontinuity,the mechanical analysis method has large error strength verification.Application of Pro/E software for three-dimensional gate valve body modeling,analysis and stress calculation of load,strain,stress of the XFF52-25 type gate valve is analyzed to provide basis for improving de-sign and similar products.
