YSYK344型液控压缩式封隔器研制与应用

Development and Application of YSYK344 Hydraulic Control Compression Packer

针对海上油田注水井封隔器存在反洗通道易堵塞、胶筒扩张坐封拉伸破坏严重等问题,研制了YSYK344型液控压缩式封隔器。该封隔器采用地面液控方式控制封隔器工作状态,通过活塞坐封距和坐封剪钉的设计,避免了胶筒过分挤压破坏和胶筒下井过程中自动坐封,提高了封隔器的安全性和可靠性。现场应用20多井次,一次施工成功率达100%,为海上油田高效注水提供了技术保障。

For offshore oil field water injection packer backwash channel easily blocked,rubber tube expansion setting tensile damage serious problems,YSYK344 hydraulic control compression packer was developed.The packer adopts the ground hydraulic control method of controlling the packer working status,by the piston setting distance and setting cutting nail design,the rubber tube of excessive destruction of extrusion and rubber tube automatic setting in the process of downhole was avoided,and the security and reliability of the packer were improved.The applica-tion in more than 20 Wells,a construction success rate reaches 100%,providing technical support for offshore oilfield effective water injection.
