摘要
由于腐蚀结垢、地层出砂及聚合物返吐等原因,常规洗井阀会出现关闭不严甚至工作失效的问题,造成易出砂且地层压力较高的井出现返砂极为严重的现象,极大地影响了分注井的注水有效率和层段合格率。通过对常规洗井阀进行优化改进,解决阀球被埋而洗井洗不通、阀球坐不严而产生漏失等问题,提高了洗井阀的密封合格率,有助于延长分注有效期,提高分层注水开发效果。
Conventional well washing valve is not tightly closed or even failure due to corrosion, scaling,formation sand and polymer flow-back.This result makes sand production and flow-back more serious,which greatly affected water injection efficiency and the section qualified rate for high formation pressure sandy wells.The conventional well washing valve and solved the prob-lems of burial valve and leakage was improved.And it improved the qualified rate of well washing valve sealing,extended the injection period of validity,improved the water flood development effect of stratification and achieved good application results.
