摘要 针对部分现役SCR装置运行过程中存在的氨逃逸浓度过大,系统阻力偏高,空气预热器ABS腐蚀及催化剂活性降低等问题,通过SCR运行性能诊断技术对某火电厂SCR装置的现场脱硝性能测试和催化剂实验室分析,全面评价了SCR装置的性能,提出了更换SCR催化剂,改造氨喷射系统等建议。SCR装置性能诊断技术为分析脱硝运行中的问题及科学制定催化剂更换管理策略提供了依据,该性能诊断的方法同样适用于其他类型机组的SCR装置。 A variety of problems occur during operation of the current SCR equipments,such as the large ammonia escape amount,high system resistance,ABS corrosion in air preheater and reduction in catalyst activity.Thus,by field test and catalyst performance analysis in a laboratory,performance of the SCR e-quipment in a 1036 MW unit was comprehensively evaluated.After the diagnosis,suggestions like chan-ging the SCR catalyst and transforming the ammonia spraying system were put forward.This performance diagnostic technology provides basis for analyzing the problems occur during SCR device running and for-mulating catalyst replacement strategy scientifically,which is also applicable for SCR equipments in other types of units.
