庆阳市初中学生健康素养的现状调查

Investigation Of The Present Situation Of Junior Middle School Students' Health Literacy In Qingyang City

为了了解庆阳市中学生的健康素养情况,为学校开展健康教育提供依据。采用随机抽样方法,对600名初中学生进行基本健康知识与理念、基本健康技能、健康生活方式与行为习惯,以不记名问卷方式调查。结果显示:学生总体健康知识知晓率为75.52%,健康生活方式与行为形成率为67.8%,健康技能掌握率为78.84%。庆阳市中学生对健康知识和理念有一定了解,但在健康生活方式与行为等方面均存在较多不足,应结合中国公民健康素养的"健康66条",根据学生的特点,采取学生喜闻乐见的形式,加强学生的健康教育,提高学生的健康素养水平。

Adopting the method of random sampling and anonymous questionnaire, this paper makes a survey of basic health knowledge and concept, basic health skills, a healthy lifestyle and behavior habits of 600 middle school students. Results： 75.52% of students in Qingyang city have a certain understahding of health knowledge and philosophy, 67.8% of students have formed healthy lifestyle and behavior habits, combined with health literacy of Chinese citizens ＂health 66＂, to explore and find out the suitable for the vast number of mid- dle school students willing to accept the form and content, in order to improve their level of health literacy,
