摘要
目前我国氧化铝生产大量使用软密封蝶阀,但目前现行的标准规范不能对其整体性能和质量提出切合实际的要求并进行质量检验和评估。因而,给招标采购,质量验收等工作带来诸多不便,且难以避免以次充好的现象发生。为此,本文提出了准工况寿命试验的概念,并对其内容、方法和要求进行了论述。同时,本文还介绍了为此专门研制的氧化铝生产用软密封蝶阀准工况寿命试验装置。方法本身及及其配套试验装置能够较为真实地综合反映阀门在氧化铝生产实际中的性能、质量及使用寿命,试验成本较低,且简单易行。有较大的推广前景。
Soft sealing butterfly valves are widely used in the process of alumina production in China. However, the present norms and standards are not able to make practical requirements to satisfy overall performance and quality and are inadequate to execute quality inspection and evaluation. Thus, it causes difficulties in bidding, purchasing, quality acceptance and other procedures. What is more, the shoddy phenomenon could not be avoided effectively. For solving these problems, this paper propose the concept of longevity test in quasi working environment and discuss its contents, methods and requirements. Besides, the device of longevity test in quasi working environment for soft sealing butterfly valves is built and introduced. Both the method and device not only could reflect the performance, quality and longevity of the valves in the process of alumina production factually and synthetically but also are at low cost and simple to implement, which leads to a broad application prospect.
