保护膜压敏胶对PVC型材表面变色的影响

摘要 介绍了PVC型材保护膜的基本结构,对保护膜样品和PVC型材样品进行了红外光谱分析,指出PVC型材揭去保护膜经紫外线照射后变色的原因为:保护膜压敏胶渗透进PVC型材表面后,不仅自身降解变色,还加剧了PVC型材的老化变色。 The basic structures of protective films for PVC profiles were introduced. The protective film samples and PVC profile samples were analyzed by infrared spectrometry. The author pointed out the reason of discoloration of PVC profiles exposed in UV after protective film was peeled off: the pressuresensitive adhesive for protective film penetrated into the PVC profile surface, degraded and discolored, and exacerbated the degradation and discoloration of PVC profiles.
