随着我国改革开发的日益深入,中小企业对国民经济发展的作用愈加明显。其中IT类中小企业有着技术含量高、发展潜力大的特点,更是我国社会主义市场经济结构中不可或缺的一部分。然而,在新经济形势下,IT类中小企业发展面对越来越多的困难,本文详细分析了IT类中小企业发展所面对的问题,并围绕问题提出了对策思考。

With the deeper reform and opening of our nation, the small and medium enterprises play more and more important part on our national economy. Especially, the small and medium enterprises of IT industry are one indispensible part of our socialist market economy, which have the characteristics of high technologies and high potentiality. However, there are more and more difficulties for the small and medium enterprises of IT industry in the new economic environment. This paper analyzed the issues in the development of the small and medium enterprises of IT industry, and proposed new strategy.
