我国行政区划与区域经济协调发展的建议

由于行政区划的稳定性和区域经济发展的持续变化性,使现行行政区划与区域经济的发展暂时或长期存在着不一致,从而影响各种生产要素的合理配置,阻碍区域经济的发展。本文对行政区划与区域经济发展之间的关系进行思考,并指出我国现行行政区划对区域经济发展的不利影响,并就此提出促进区域经济发展的建议:首先,我们可以对现行的行政区划做出一些调整,使之更加适应区域经济的发展;其次,建立区域经济合作机制;最后,建立区域经济合作组织,减少行政区划的调整次数,促进区域经济发展。

The stability of administrative division and continuous variability of regional economic development lead to Inconsistent between the current administrative division with the development of regional economy.That influence rational allocation of resources in the region and hinder the development of regional economy.I think about the relationship between administrative division and the development of regional economy. Pointed out the adverse effects of our current administrative division to the regional economy.And I take some advices to promote the development of regional economy.Firstly,maked some adjustments to the existing administrative divisions to adapt to the development of regional economy.Secondly, establishing the mechanism of regional economic cooperation.Lastly,the establishment of regional economic cooperation organization not only reduce the times of adjusting administrative division, but also promote the development of regional economy.
