人力资源是第一资源,充分开发和利用科技人力资源是欠发达地区必须解决的重要问题。对于科技人才科学合理进行评价是人才工作的关键环节。文中结合新疆科技创新实际,以新疆科技人才评价思想为指导,构建了一套新疆科技人才评价指标体系,并以新疆某高校为研究对象进行实证分析,以期为新疆科技人才评价提供一定的指导和借鉴作用。

Human resource is the first resource. The full development and utilization of human resources in science and technology is an important problem must be solved in underdeveloped area.It＇s a key link in talent work to evaluate the scientific and technological person reasonably.In this paper,in order to provide some guidance and reference to Xinjiang science and technology talent evaluation,we combined with the actual of science and technology innovation of Xinjiang; construct a set of evaluation index system of Xinjiang science and technology talent,and carries on the empirical analysis of a university in Xinjiang as the object of study.
