心内膜导线相关的三尖瓣返流 被引量:3

摘要 心内膜导线相关的三尖瓣返流的发生率为11%-39%。 其发生机制第一,导线的机械作用:包括淤导线嵌顿于瓣叶之前;于导线与瓣叶粘连;盂导线与腱索缠结;榆瓣叶穿孔或撕裂;虞瓣环扩张;第二,右室心尖部起搏改变了心脏的收缩顺序。 轻中度三尖瓣返流多无明显症状,重度返流常表现为右心衰竭。 治疗有针对症状的药物治疗,以及病因的导线拔除,外科瓣膜成形与置换。
