结节病性室性心动过速的研究进展
摘要
结节病性室性心动过速(VT)是肉芽肿相关性VT,其发生机制为异常节律点或折返,是导致心脏结节性患者猝死的最可能原因之一,持续性VT是心脏结节病患者预后的独立预测因子。抗心律失常药物在结节病性室速的治疗中的使用有一定的局限性。导管射频消融术治疗具有极大的挑战性,甚至需联合心内膜及心外膜的消融,并受心功能及疾病进展情况的影响,绝大部分患者需要联合长期的抗心律失常治疗以及激素类药物控制VT发作。
