家庭监测系统报警及时处理起搏器功能障碍一例
摘要
88岁,男性,因"病窦综合征"植入Biotronik公司Home Monitoring功能的心脏起搏器Philos II DR-T。术后2年家庭监测系统提示起搏功能障碍、严重心动过缓报警。入院起搏器程控提示心室起搏阈值升高和心房感知障碍,考虑与心肌纤维化、心肌水肿、心律失常有关,经及时处理后好转。
