摘要
为提高加工劣质原油的效益,中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司I套催化裂化装置进料掺渣比逐步提高至30%,预计达到50%。提高掺渣比后,催化剂型号由CORH更换为CRSC,装置出现了主风量不足、再生器缺少有效的取热手段、油浆固含量时有升高、两器料位波动等问题。2014年2月与2013年11月产品标定结果相比,汽油收率降低1.65百分点,辛烷值降低0.34单位,焦炭上升0.57百分点,气体和柴油收率升高,产品分布不理想。通过研究分析,装置在较高掺渣比进料下高效运行时应采取引空压风补充主风量、适当加入CO助燃剂来提高氧气燃烧利用率、提高油浆循环量、降低分馏塔底温度和油浆停留时间、调整反应系统蒸汽等措施,并提出2015年大检修时更换大风量主风机组、恢复内取热系统、优化油浆系统换热流程等建议以保证装置在下一周期的高效运行。
To improve the efficiency of the processing of inferior crude oil,the residue blending ratio in the feedstock of FCCU Ⅰ of SINOPEC Luoyang Company is gradually increased to 30% and will reach 50% After raising the residue blending ratio and replacing the catalyst CORH with catalyst CRSC,the main flowrate of the unit can not meet the requirement,there is no catalyst cooler to remove the heat from catalyst regeneration,the solids in slurry oil increase and liquid level in the reactor and regenerator fluctuates.The performance tests showed that,the gasoline yield in February,2014 was 1.65% lower than that in November,2013.The octane was 0.34 unit lower,the coke make was 0.57% higher,the gas and diesel yields were raised and product distribution was unsatisfactory.The analysis concludes that,under the operating conditions of higher residue blending ratio,the air from air compressor should be used to compensate for the main air,the CO combustor should be added to improve the combustion of oxygen,recycle of oil slurry should be increased,bottom temperature of main fractionator should be reduced,oil slurry residence time should be shortened and steam in the reactor system should be adjusted.It is recommended that the main air blower with larger capacity should be installed,the internal catalyst cooler should be operated and heat exchange process in the oil slurry system should be optimized in the overhaul in 2015 so as ensure a high-efficiency operation of the unit.
