A Study on Terminology Management in Translation Projects

随着语言服务的国际化程度不断加深,术语管理在翻译质量控制和翻译效率提升方面发挥着日益重要的作用。本文首先阐释了术语管理的概念和作用,对比分析了传统和现代的术语管理模式,以典型的多语种翻译项目为例,详细论述了翻译项目管理中术语管理的流程、策略、方法及工具等,旨在为今后面向应用的术语研究和术语教学提供借鉴和参考。

Along with the sweeping internationalization of language services,terminology management is becoming increasingly important in improving translation quality and efficiency. Starting from clarifying the concept and role of terminology management,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the traditional and modern terminology management,and then elaborates how to effectively manage terminology in a typical multilingual translation project in the hope of providing empirical information for application-oriented terminology studies and training.
