摘要
在鲁甸地震期间云南省昭通市第一人民医院急诊科收治了三位老年患者,三人均被埋在废墟中,患低血容量性休克、贫血等疾病.立即给予补液（使用生理盐水和Ringer氏液）,抗感染治疗等.三人均痊愈出院.即刻抢救是必需的,补液应当适量.
During the Ludian Earthquake,the First People＇s Hospital of Zhaotong City received and rescued 3 elderly patients with hypovolemic shock,dehydration,anemia,and/or other diseases who were buried in the ruins.Fluid infusion with normal saline and Ringer＇s fluid was given immediately,and anti-infection therapy and other relevant treatment were conducted.All the 3 patients recovered and were diacharged.The experience thus obtained showed that prompt rescue is necessary and fluid infusion should be at appropriate amount.
